Padua, May 6th, 2019 – SIT S.p.A., a company listed on the MTA market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that it has appointed Mara Di Giorgio with the task of supporting the Group’s Investor Relations (IR) activity starting from today.
Mara Di Giorgio has a consolidated experience in the sector having worked among others in Benetton Group, De Rigo, Banca IFIS and H-Farm. Recently, together with Romina Marcosichi, they set up TWIN S.r.l., a company through which they will work alongside Paul Fogolin, SIT’s CFO , in developing relations with the Italian and international financial community with the aim of proactive financial communication and a timely and transparent dialogue with the Group’s stakeholders.
